PRICING
The prices displayed on this website for products and services are inclusive of GST levied in New Zealand. All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Fleur de Luxe delivers flowers all over metropolitan Auckland. Local and international orders received are shipped via our local couriers. There are some areas that may incur a rural delivery charge. Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the total, before checkout. It is important that all orders have the correct delivery address and phone number for the recipient. If the recipient is not at the delivery address and providing it is safe to do so, it may require leaving the flowers in a safe location. However, should this be necessary we will not be liable if the item goes missing or is lost or damaged.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you feel your flowers or products did not arrive in good condition, let us know by email or phoning 021 377 373. Once we are clear that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happily replace flowers or products purchased.
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Fleur de Luxe. In the unlikely event that goods are not of good quality or are faulty, a customer has a right to repair, replacement or a refund. Please note refunds can only be processed through a credit card.
